Many people think cats are standoffish creatures that merely tolerate humans. This may be true for some particular cats, however cats absolutely do bond with people, studies say, even if they don't always show it. Some cats may seem a little more aloof than dogs, but they respond to the people they've bonded with in a similar way, according to a new study.
